Tristyn Ball is a licensed social worker and an Ohio Certified Prevention Consultant. Having spent her career in behavioral health, her focus has been to better understand the ways in which systems, policies, and environments impact mental health and substance use outcomes at a population-level. She currently serves as the Director of Prevention and Early Intervention Services at the Montgomery County ADAMHS Board. Tristyn is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Public Health at Indiana University where her focus is understanding how to provide early intervention to children and adolescents that have experienced trauma at a young age in order to prevent behavioral health issues into adulthood. |

Dr. Cassie Barlow |
Dr. Cassie B. Barlow is the President of the Strategic Ohio Council for Higher Education. Through SOCHE’s multiple programs, Dr. Barlow is focused on collaboration among SOCHE’s 23 College and University members as well as professional development of faculty and staff and workforce needs of students. Dr. Barlow was the 88th Air Base Wing and Installation Commander, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), OH. In that role, she commanded one of the largest air base wings in the Air Force with more than 5,000 Air Force military, civilian, and contractor employees. Dr. Barlow retired from active duty with the US Air Force as colonel in 2014. Dr. Barlow was commissioned as a distinguished graduate of Georgetown University, Washington, DC. Following graduation, she was assigned to her first of 13 assignments spanning the world. |

Tony Coder |
As Executive Director, Tony Coder leads the charge to support community-based efforts in Ohio to reduce the stigma of suicide, promote education and awareness about suicide prevention, provide training and development, and increase resources and programs that reduce the risk of lives lost to suicide. Prior to joining OSPF, Tony served as the Director of Programs and Services for the Ohio Association of County Behavioral Health Authorities, where he managed Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care, the Statewide Advocacy Network and the Committee to Address Suicide for the organization. He has also served as the Legislative Director for the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services as well as serving in the Office of Ohio Governor Bob Taft from 2000-2006. Coder was named as the PeerPower Award recipient in 2018 for advocating for individuals with mental illness in the State of Ohio and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the American Association of Suicidology as the Prevention and Public Health Division Chairperson. |

Elizabeth Delaney, DNP, CNS, FNP-BC, OCN, ACHPN |
Dr. Beth Delaney feels honored to serve alongside the team at 4Cancerwellness. She is also a Family Nurse Practitioner, focusing in the areas of oncology, cancer survivorship, palliative care, and hospice, at Dayton Physicians Network. These areas of practice, as well as healthcare leadership and innovation, have been her areas of expertise throughout her professional nursing career. Prior to her current role, Beth was a nurse leader for over 20 years at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio and The Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center-Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital, and Solove Research Institute. She then was an associate professor of nursing at Cedarville University. Developing and leading innovative programs and research which serve patients and their families with the hope to inspire others to join in the efforts and grow as individuals is her passion. Dr. Delaney also partners with her husband Pastor Greg Delaney to work locally and around the country, educating and increasing collaboration among organizations that seek to provide hope and help to those facing addiction and those who are in recovery. She also currently serves as Board Chairperson for HerStory house, https://www.herstoryhouse.com/ , leadership team for Freedom Recovery ministry at A House of Prayer in Xenia, Ohio and recently served as a part of Ohio Attorney General David Yost’s SCOPE (Scientific Committee on Opioid Prevention & Education) Task Force which launched in June 2019. Beth is a graduate of Wright State University and gained her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from The Ohio State University. She has been married to Pastor Greg for 31 years and is mother to Hillary, Samantha, and Ian. |

Pastor Greg Delaney |
Pastor Greg Delaney serves as the Executive Director of Partners in Recovery, a non-profit dedicated to the expansion of faith-based recovery capital and services in Ohio. Greg also works as a Community Engagement Specialist for Statewide Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center, Woodhaven, while also serving as a member of Ohio Governor Mike DeWine’s RECOVERYOHIO Advisory Council where he champions the efforts of the Faith/Recovery community. Greg has also been blessed to serve as a local advocate, educator, and facilitator for faith-based recovery efforts of the White House Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships. Additionally, Pastor Greg continues to serve as Hope Director for Ohio Non-Profit Reach for Tomorrow Ohio where he works to educate communities as to substance use disorder’s community impact and how to respond with evidence-based solutions. Pastor Greg also plans to open a first-of-its-kind holistic faith-based Medication-Assisted Treatment outpatient recovery clinic (The Delaney Center) in Troy, Ohio in 2021. He is a 1988 graduate of Wright State University with a B.S. in Marketing and has been married to his wife Dr. Elizabeth Delaney for over 30 years and is father to Hillary, Samantha, and Ian. |

Jonathan Duffy |
Jonathan Duffy is the Executive Director of Mission and Ministry for the Kettering Health Network. In his role Jonathan is tasked with building bridges with the community to address the Social Determinants of Health and assist the Network develop a whole person and whole of community approach to health care and wellbeing. Jonathan’s previous role was the President of the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) International. Under his leadership ADRA underwent a transformational change to become more united as global network and become a more significant global actor. He led the network of more than 130 offices to adopt a new strategic framework and adopt a global licensing and accreditation program that guided ADRA to align with changing trends in the development and humanitarian sector. Prior to joining ADRA International in the United States, Jonathan’s humanitarian career began as the CEO of ADRA Australia. In that position, he helped to secure a broad supporter base and to establish a strong relationship with the church. Jonathan’s career includes a strong health background, including leadership in the public health sector for 28 years. As the Director of Health for the South Pacific Division of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, he was published in the Medical Journal of Australia on the topic of youth resilience. He also rode his bicycle across Australia, from Perth to Sydney, working with local and national media to raise awareness on youth issues in rural areas. |

Paul Hemminger serves as a Church Mobilizer with the Coalition of Care. Paul's role is to recruit and train church mobilizers throughout Greater Dayton and to mobilize church bodies in providing deeper care for vulnerable children and families. Paul has previous experience in social enterprise, wilderness therapy, Columbus/Dayton public schools, residential treatment centers, Christian community development, mentoring, therapy, case management, and leadership at a Christian foster care agency. |

Pastor Caleb Ingram |
Caleb Ingram's passion is to inspire others to see and know God's love and blessing for all people! He serves as Executive Director with Declare, uniting churches to transform lives and communities to declare God's glory through prayer, worship and serving together. Caleb loves to learn and build relationships with servant leaders locally, nationally and globally. Caleb is married to his beautiful wife Morgan and has three sweet and sometimes sassy daughters: Hallie, Haven and Avonlea. They love going on adventures and enjoying the blessing of every day! |
Amber Layton |
Amber Layton worked at Dayton Children's Hospital for 18 years, spending the majority of her time on the medical-surgical unit. This unit also works with children that are victims of abuse, mental health issues, and those who have attempted suicide. She has completed Trauma-Informed Care program through the Community Impact Center She volunteers at the Care House in Dayton, working with children who have been abused. Amber is currently pursuing her degree in social services and has just been appointed the Children's Church Director at the Dream Center in Dayton. She is an active member of the Living Word Church for 16 years. Amber's ministry is in helping and advocating for children. She has been married to her husband, Tim, for 23 years and they have four boys, 17, 13, 9, and 6 years old - they are their joy and keep them both on their toes. |

Reverend Dawn Martin

Reverend Dawn Martin is an Associate Minister at Omega Baptist Church where she serves under the leadership of Pastor Joshua D. Ward and First Lady Barbara Ward. Dawn accepted her call to ministry in 2010. Dawn has received her BA in Human Services, and a Masters Degree in Human Service, and her second Masters Degree from Wright State University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Grief in community and family. Reverend Martin currently is the founder of The Risen Empowerment Resource Center Incorporated, Diva By Design Ministries, and Girl Empowered and Mentored to Success (G.E.M.S) which is a complete Educational and Success tool for women, girls and teenaged young ladies. Her plan is to develop long-lasting partnerships to help create a better world. Her goal is to uplift, enhance, motivate, and celebrate women and girls. Rev. Dawn celebrates her most prized accomplishment, her son Donovan Benton and granddaughter Doniece Benton. Dawn is pleased to say that the public has fully embraced her purpose and has opened its doors for more information. The published author of Fill My Cup-Transitioning to your Purpose, My Morning Cup (Women's Journal) and My Cup Is Half Full (Teen Girls Journal), I Am (Journal to Positive Speaking), and Creating the Man (Teen Boys Journal). Dawn continues to share her life's journey, personally and professionally, as she helps others recognize their life's purpose. Tina Rezash Rogal |
Tina Rezash Rogal is the Marketing & Communications Manager at OneFifteen. In her role, Tina shares the story of OneFifteen with the media and community groups. Tina spent 30+ years in various media positions in Dayton ranging from television journalist, Executive Producer, Media Consultant, to Director of Sales. She is actively involved in the Dayton community serving terms on the Artemis Board, the Board of Directors for the South Metro Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the board of the Dayton Chapter of the American Advertising Federation. Tina is involved with the South Metro Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Dayton Chamber of Commerce, and City Lights, a ministry of Southbrook Church. Tina also spends time as a short-term missionary in Mexico. For 16 years, Tina and her family have traveled with Back2Back Ministries, serving in orphanages in Monterrey and Mazatlan. Tina has a deep passion for children who come from hard places and is pleased to be a part of the team at OneFifteen to help heal Miami Valley families hurting from substance use disorders. |

Dr. Marketa Robinson, Ph.D., M.Ed, LCDC III, OCPC |
Dr. Marketa Robinson, Ph.D, M.Ed, LCDCIII, OCPC is the Executive Director of the Urban Minority Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Outreach Program (UMADAOP of Dayton). Dr. Robinson has a Doctorate degree in Human Services and Master's degree in Education - Specializing in Family & Community Organization and Development. Certified by the Ohio Chemical Dependency Credentialing Board as an Ohio Certified Prevention Consultant (OCPC) as well as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III (LCDC III). Dr. Robinson has worked in the field of prevention and treatment for over 18 years and is well apt in working with youth, adults, and families as well as, the criminal justice/ re-entry population at the local, state, and federal level. Dr. Robinson is a Trainer of Trainer in Trauma-Informed Family Engagement and various other evidence-based training as well as, assisted in the development of the Fundamentals of Prevention of Opioid Abuse and Dependence curriculum for the E-based Academy training site. She has also actively participated on several Specialized docket courts teams in Allen and Hardin County and assisted in the development of the Adult Drug Court in Hardin County. Dr. Robinson is currently a member of the Montgomery County Prevention Coalition and Community Overdose Action Team (COAT) and has participated on numerous Advisory Committee and community boards. Helping to improve the quality of life for the minority and underserved population has been a long-time passion of Dr. Robinson. Her goal and aspiration are to improve the well-being and life choices of those we serve and increase access and availability of quality culturally competent services. |

Ronald C. Todd II |
Ronald C. Todd II currently serves as Governor DeWine’s Minority Affairs Liaison. Ronald is the point person for the State of Ohio on topics including minority business development, economic development, K-12 educational establishments and colleges, faith-based initiatives, and government access. He works to inspire and connect diverse Ohioans to a government that works for them by creating a platform to voice their concerns. He is also the Co-Chair of the Governor’s RecoveryOhio Minority Health Working Group and the Community Relations Chair, COVID-19 Ohio Minority Health Strike Force. Ronald, a third-generation entrepreneur grew up in the inner-city of Dayton, Ohio where he was an All-City High School football player at Belmont High School. His efforts earned him a football scholarship to Bowling Green State University and Ronald earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Management from Ohio Dominican University (Columbus, Ohio). He worked with athletes as an advisor early in his professional career. Ronald was a Certified NFL Players Association Contract Advisor for 16 years. He helped NFL players’ livelihood by protecting their assets and securing the best benefits possible. Ronald emphasized the importance of faith, education, and character. He is a proud member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Zeta Delta Lambda Chapter. Ronald is very active in his community. He serves on the African American Leaders Council for the RNC, OBRA (Ohio Black Republicans Association), Advisory Board for the Cincinnati Urban League, Dayton Public Schools Foundation, and Board of Directors: Center for Business & Consumer Ethics (Dayton Business Bureau). He is solemnly and publicly Affirmed and Ordained as an Elder in the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International.
